[Submucosal laser ablation of internal hemorrhoids].

Objective: To analyze efficacy and safety of submucosal laser ablation of internal hemorrhoids (SLT).

Material And Methods: Systematic review included 10 articles published in electronic databases PubMed, Cochrane Library, Elibrary until January 2019. There were only full-text publications from prospective clinical trials devoted to submucosal laser ablation in the treatment of hemorrhoids.

[Prospects for treating intraocular traumatic hemorrhage using a new fibrinolytic hemase].

Therapy of intraocular traumatic hemorrhage with the new drug hemaz is an important problem of ophthalmic traumatology. Seventy patients (76 eyes) with intraocular hemorrhages of traumatic origin were treated. Forty four patients (44 eyes) presented with hyphemas and 32 (32 eyes) with hemophthalmia.

[Treatment of acute paraproctitis by latex ligature method].

A new procedure of operation in acute paraproctitis with transsphincteral purulent canal is proposed. The method is based on deferral transection of sphincter's portion by latex ligature, which ensure minimal diastasis of muscular ends and prevents the development of anal sphincter insufficiency. 35 patients with different forms of transsphincteral purulent canal were operated by this technique.
