Introduction: Global disparities in HIV prevalence among transgender women are well documented. However, current epidemiological literature on HIV disparities demonstrates gaps in research that include the diversity within transgender populations-for example, transgender men and non-binary trans people across global regions. Introduction: Healthcare avoidance and delay (HAD) is prevalent among transgender (trans) populations. This study sought to identify patterns of HAD and examine associations between HAD and 5 behavioral health outcomes among trans adults: depression, anxiety, tobacco and alcohol use, and intimate partner violence (IPV).

Methods: This study used survey data collected in 2023 from 789 trans adults in Washington state.

Purpose: This study sought to better understand primary care providers' (PCPs) readiness to conduct population-based risk assessment and offer genetic testing for hereditary cancer.

Methods: Sixty PCPs completed a survey assessing their current practices, attitudes, and confidence with cancer risk assessment and testing. Sixteen participated in follow-up interviews.
