Overweight and obesity in children and adolescents may impact pharmacokinetics and drug exposure. The aim of the present study was to evaluate doses of antidepressants in relation to body weight in children. We used data from the BMI Epidemiology Study (BEST) Gothenburg cohort and the National Prescribed Drug Register and included children and adolescents with a prescription of fluoxetine (n = 347) or sertraline (n = 733) and a weight measurement.

Purpose: MYRF-related cardiac-urogenital syndrome (MYRF-CUGS) is a rare condition associated with heterozygous MYRF variants. The description of MYRF-CUGS phenotype is mostly based on postnatal cases and 36 affected individuals have been published so far. We aim now to delineate the prenatal phenotype of MYRF-CUGS by reporting clinical data from fetuses and neonates with a pathogenic MYRF variant.

Objective: There are well-documented health disparities among sexual and/or gender minority (LGBTQ+) individuals generally, but there is limited research investigating the disparities in health-related lifestyle factors and mental health among LGBTQ+ graduate students, which is a group that may be especially vulnerable.

Participants: This project was a secondary analysis of data from the American College Health Association's National College Health Assessment's (NCHA) Fall 2019 wave, which included 7,766 graduate students.

Methods: Students self-reported engagement in health-related lifestyle factors and psychological distress.

Aim: The aim of the nationwide study was to describe paediatric drug utilisation in Sweden.

Methods: Drug prescriptions dispensed to all children aged 0-17 years in 2019 were analysed using data from the Swedish National Prescribed Drug Register.

Results: We retrieved data on 2 180 508 unique children.
