A case of pseudoerythroplasic vulvitis with histological features similar to purpuric telangiectasic and lichenoid balanitis is reported. The plasma cell infiltrate is usually discrete in these cases of chronic pseudoerythroplasic vulvitis and balanitis (CPVB). The authors suggest that these GPVB and Zoon's balanitis may represent different stages in the course of a same pathological process.

A woman of 35 years old, in good physical condition, developed multiple lesions of Phagedenisme Geometrique (Pyoderma Gangrenosum) in the gluteal region and the thigh. Corticoids and antibiotics were used at high dosages resulting in healing of the center of the lesions but without any effect on the periphery. Plasma transfusions were then given, resulting in apparent amelioration of the peripheral abcesses.

[Herpetiforme pemphigus].

The case is presented of a woman, who for seven years had vesicobullous outbreaks, typical of Dermatitis herpetiformis, with an extraordinary itching. The first biopsy had a doub acantholysis but the following one showed: "eccematoid-like spongiosis with eosinophilia" and "subepidermal bulla with eosinophilia, erythema multiformislike". The evolution of the case was to pemphigus foliaceus, and by the action of long-standing corthicotherapy ended in a typical Senear-Usher with present good health.
