Purpose: Hand grip strength (HGS) is crucial for the performance of daily activities and has been linked to various clinical parameters, including morbidity, mortality, and both physical and cognitive functions. While HGS has been shown to decline in numerous diseases, it has not been previously examined in patients diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy.
