Separate and combined action of Dimethylsulfoxid (DMSO) and Rimantadin on the reproduction of phages T--3, T--4, T--7 and lambda was studied. The maximum activation of reproduction of phages T--3 and T--7 by DMSO was observed for 6 minutes of latent period. At the same time this compound did not render the action on reproduction phages T--4 and, because they utilize cell RNA-polimerase.
