Background: Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is one of the leading causes of death in patients with cancer. Currently, there is a need to develop an easily applicable risk model that can identify patients who will benefit from receiving primary thromboprophylaxis to reduce the incidence of VTE.
Patients And Methods: This was a non-interventional, multicenter, observational, prospective study carried out in 62 Oncology and Hematology services in Spain and Portugal between January 2018 and December 2019.

The aim of this work is to evaluate the percentage of agreement surrounding a series of statements about complex, clinically relevant, and highly uncertain aspects to formulate explicit action guidelines.
Materials And Methods: Opinions were based on a structured questionnaire with appropriate scores and were agreed upon using a Delphi method.
In patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma, long-term inhibition of thyrotropin (TSH) secretion through levothyroxine administration is required when there is evidence of persistent or recurrent disease. In these cases, levothyroxine doses should be monitored to achieve the objectives of inhibiting TSH and avoiding clinical hyperthyroidism. The possibility that suppressive therapy may produce deleterious effects is still controversial, mainly in elderly patients.

In order to evaluate BMD (in femoral neck, lumbar spine, and distal radius) and bone fractures in men under long-term suppressive treatment with levothyroxine for DTC, we conducted a cross-sectional, retrospective study in 33 Caucasian men (mean ± SD age: 56 ± 14 years) under treatment for DTC.
