[A clinical trial of the preparation hypnomidate in gynecological operations].

The influence of the venous anaesthetic hypnomidate (Yansen, Belgium), used as an induction anaesthetic, was studied on some parameters of respiration, hemodynamics, acid-base balance. The authors are of the opinion that the preparation is suitable for induction in anaesthesia especially in patients with high risk.

[Anesthesia with dormicum-aneksat in obstetrical-gynecological operations].

Anaesthesia with dormicum-anexat were carried out on 38 women with abdominal gynecological operations. Furthermore a group of 32 women with induced interruption of pregnancy was studied as well. Time of sleeping and clinical parameters respiration, arterial blood pressure, changes in acid-base balance before and after induction in anaesthesia were examined.
