Purpose: To investigate the effects of varicocelectomy on premature ejaculation (PE) in patients with varicocele and infertility.
Methods: A total of 82 sexually active patients aged 18 years or over who had undergone microscopic subinguinal varicocelectomy with a clinical diagnosis of varicocele in 14 urology clinics between October 2021 and March 2023 with primary infertility were evaluated prospectively Patients were evaluated using the Turkish validated form of the 'Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool' (PEDT) scale. A PEDT score of 11 or above was taken to indicate the presence of PE.
Objective: To develop an efficient and easy-to-use nomogram that can predict testicular sperm extraction (TESE) success in men with non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) by using pre-operative parameters.
Materials And Methods: Data of 3093 men who underwent TESE for NOA were included in this study. Demographic data, testis volumes, presence of varicocele, length of infertility, history of previous surgeries, history of genitourinary infections, smoking status, chromosome abnormalities, presence of Y-chromosome microdeletion, family history of infertility, testis biopsy, surgical data, sperm retrieval rate, final pathology obtained at TESE, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, and testosterone levels were recorded.

- A study was conducted with 1703 males and 139 female partners in Turkey to measure average penis size and evaluate couples' perspectives on its importance for sexual satisfaction.
- The findings showed that the average flaccid penis length was 8.44 cm and the average stretched length was 12.27 cm, with girth measuring 8.23 cm; both males and females considered erect length and girth important for sexual pleasure.
- Despite the participants' beliefs about the significance of penis size, comparisons indicated no major difference between average measurements and ideal lengths, suggesting many men may not need surgery to meet perceived standards.
Obtaining sperm from the testis surgically and using these sperm with the intracytoplasmic sperm injection technique, has opened the way for the possibility of biological fathering in men with non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA). We aimed to evaluate our sperm retrieval rate (SRR) by microdissection testicular sperm extraction (micro-TESE) in NOA patients with solitary testis. In this retrospective case-control study, fortyfive patients with NOA who had a congenital or acquired solitary testis were included, between September 2003 and January 2022.
