Methods: Our case report presents a unique instance of recurrent complete labial fusion causing bladder outlet obstruction in a postmenopausal woman.

Results: The 84-year-old patient presented with dysuria and intermittent urine leakage.

Replicating the intricate architecture of the extracellular matrix (ECM) is an actual challenge in the field of bone tissue engineering. In the present research study, calcium alginate/cellulose nanofibrils-based 3D printed scaffolds, double-reinforced with chitosan/polyethylene oxide electrospun nanofibers (NFs) and graphene oxide (GO) were prepared using the 3D printing technique. The porous matrix was provided by the calcium alginate, while the anisotropy degree and mechanical properties were ensured by the addition of fillers with different sizes and shapes (CNFs, NFs, GO), similar to the components naturally found in bone ECM.

Inhaled nanoparticle (NP) therapy poses intricate challenges in clinical and pharmacodynamic realms. Recent strides have revolutionized NP technology by enabling the incorporation of diverse molecules, thus circumventing systemic clearance mechanisms and enhancing drug effectiveness while mitigating systemic side effects. Despite the established success of systemic NP delivery in oncology and other disciplines, the exploration of inhaled NP therapies remains relatively nascent.
