Purpose: Smaller hotspot-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) panels have emerged to support standard of care therapy for patients with cancer. When standard treatments fail, it is unknown whether additional testing using an expanded panel of genes provides any benefit. The purpose of this study was to determine if larger sequencing panels that capture additional actionable genes, coupled with decision support, translates into treatment with matched therapy after frontline therapy has failed.

Procedure: The clinical data of 69 children and young adults less than 30 years old with ASPS diagnosed from 1980-2014 were retrospectively collected from four major institutions.
Suaahara, a nutrition-enhancement program in Nepal, conducted participatory community theater (CT) dramas with the goal of improving nutrition-related practices. To evaluate CT, a pre/posttest with randomized intervention and matched control sites was used. Dramas were conducted in Nawalparasi, Bajhang, and Sindhupalchowk Districts to represent the mountain, hill, and terai/plains regions.

Schools are increasingly seen as key sites for support to HIV-affected and other vulnerable children, and teachers are assigned the critical role of identifying and providing psychosocial support. Drawing on the life-work history narratives of 12 teachers in Zimbabwe, this paper explores the psychosocial processes underpinning teachers' conceptualisations of these caring roles. The influence of prolonged adversity, formative relationships, and broader patterns of social and institutional change in teacher identity formation processes speak to the complex and embodied nature of understandings of 'care'.

Accurately assessing the impacts of programs that seek to promote positive youth development is critical for determining whether youth are benefitting as intended, identifying best practices and areas for improvement, and informing decisions about which programs to invest in. We generated brief, customized instruments for measuring three outcomes among youth participants in Baltimore City Outward Bound programs: conflict management, emotional self-efficacy, and problem solving confidence.
