Climate change and global warming necessitate the shift toward low-emission, carbon-free fuels. Although hydrogen boasts zero carbon content and high performance, its utilization is impeded by the complexities and costs involved in liquefaction, preservation, and transportation. Ammonia has emerged as a viable alternative that offers potential as a renewable energy storage medium and supports the global economy's decarbonization.

This prospective, observational study was undertaken to examine prospectively, on a given day, patients' bed bath-associated pain in the general in-hospital population.
Methods: Eight external investigators observed 166 bed baths given in 23 units in 5 hospitals.
Purpose: The effect of renal replacement therapy (RRT) in comatose patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) remains unclear. We compared two RRT initiation strategies on the probability of awakening in comatose patients with severe AKI.
Methods: We conducted a post hoc analysis of a trial comparing two delayed RRT initiation strategies in patients with severe AKI.
Parasitic infections by Cryptosporidium species are rare but can be life-threatening disease after allogeneic stem-cell transplantation (allo-SCT). Here, we reported a case of cryptosporidiosis occurring after a reduced-intensity conditioning and allo-SCT in a 64-year-old farmer with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Around day 70 after allo-SCT, he presented with diarrhea attributed to graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) and was treated with immunosuppressive therapy.

Purpose Of Research: The purpose of the study is to estimate the effects of this experiment: how is it implemented? What are its effects on the perceived quality of care?
Method: The method used was based on a qualitative survey involving semi-structured individual or group interviews. On the whole, 20 professionals, one resident, and two daughters of residents were interviewed in four different nursing homes.
