We have investigated tunneling current through a suspended graphene Corbino disk in high magnetic fields at the Dirac point, i.e. at filling factor ν = 0.

As in mechanically rotated superfluids, rotation is accompanied by penetration of vortices into the condensate at some critical magnetic field. In the case of a Bose-condensed exciton cloud in a double-quantum well, a necessary electric polarization is provided with spatial separation of electrons and holes forming excitons.

We calculate the critical temperature, the superconducting energy gap, and the supercurrent as functions of the doping level and of the pairing interaction strength. Zero doping is characterized by the existence of a quantum critical point such that the critical temperature vanishes below some finite value of the interaction strength.

We demonstrate that an equilibrium spin current in a 2D electron gas with Rashba spin-orbit interaction (Rashba medium) results in a mechanical torque on a substrate near an edge of the medium. If the substrate is a cantilever, the mechanical torque displaces the free end of the cantilever. The effect can be enhanced and tuned by a magnetic field.

In the metallic phase, the IV curve probes the voltage distribution generated by shot noise, whereas in the superconducting phase, it probes the counting statistics of electrons traversing the noise junction.
