A limitation of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) PDX model derivation in NOD- IL2Rgamma (NSG) mice is that a subset of initial engraftments are of lymphocytic, rather than tumour origin.
Methods: The immunophenotype of lymphoproliferations arising in the lung TRACERx PDX pipeline were characterised.
This review describes the application of oligonucleotides, which are mainly obtained using DNA synthesizers of a new generation (microarray DNA synthesizers), for the enrichment of target genomic fragments. The methods of molecular hybridization, polymerase chain reaction, and CRISPR-Cas9 system for this purpose are considered. Examples of the practical use of the developed methods for research and diagnostic purposes are given.

For this time interval, a significant similarity in the systematic composition of the taphofloras of Western Siberia and Northern China is revealed. Based on the author's data and the published data, the position of the boundary in the south and southwest of the Siberian paleofloristic region and the boundary between its West Siberian and North China provinces are corrected.
