In this paper, an adaptive dynamic surface (DSC) guidance law for missile is designed to intercept the maneuvering target with field-of-view (FOV) and terminal angle constraints in three-dimensional(3D) space, and the missile autopilot dynamics is considered. Firstly, the time-varying transformation function related to line of sight (LOS) is used to replace the FOV constraints, transforming the process-constrained control problem into the output-constrained control problem. Meanwhile, the 3D coupled relative kinematics model considering missile autopilot dynamics and maneuvering target acceleration is established.

While three-dimensional magnetic resonance urography (3D MRU) represents a significant advancement in imaging, the traditional manual methods for assessing ureteral diameters are characterized by labor-intensive procedures and inherent variability. In the realm of medical image analysis, deep learning has led to a paradigm shift, yet the development of a comprehensive automated tool for the precise segmentation and measurement of ureters in MR images is an unaddressed challenge.

We analyzed the transcriptomes and 3D genomes of a hybrid (F) and its parents (w30 and 082). The analysis of the expression revealed a total of 485 specially expressed genes (SEGs), 173 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) above the parental expression level, more actively expressed genes, and up-regulated DEGs in the F.

Methods: CCK8, colony formation assay, scratch assay, transwell assay, and 3D tumor spheroid invasion assays were to determine how KCNA1 affects the growth and invasion of GBM cells.
The noise caused by sample heterogeneity (including sample solvent) has been identified as one of the determinant factors for a successful X-ray single-particle imaging experiment. It influences both the radiation damage process that occurs during illumination as well as the scattering patterns captured by the detector. Here, we investigate the impact of water layer thickness and radiation damage on orientation recovery from diffraction patterns of the nitrogenase iron protein.
