Unlabelled: The rapidly accumulating information about the new coronavirus infection and the ambiguous results obtained by various authors necessitate further research aiming at prevention and treatment of this disease. At the moment, there is convincing evidence that the pathogen affects not only the respiratory but also the central nervous system (CNS). is to provide an insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying the damage to the CNS caused by the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.

It is believed that astrocytes in the composition of neurogenic niches play a significant role in the regulation of neurogenesis, and therefore they are considered as a promising "target" for the possible control of neurogenesis, including the use of optogenetics. In the framework of this work, we formed an in vitro model of a neurogenic niche, consisting of cerebral endothelial cells, astrocytes and neurospheres.

Material And Methods: To complete method required a computer tomogram of the temporomandibular joint in habitual occlusion recorded on spiral or cone-beam imaging; and 3D scans of the dentition obtained with intraoral and laboratory scanners; computer software - 3D graphics editor that can handle volumetric CT data and 3D mesh objects.
Results: Analysis of the joint space of the temporomandibular joint in the entire volume, not a single slice represents a more complete and reliable information about the condition of the joint.
Neurogenesis is a complex process which governs embryonic brain development and is importants for brain plasticity throughout the whole life. Postnatal neurogenesis occurs in neurogenic niches that regulate the processes of proliferation and differentiation of stem and progenitor cells under the action of stimuli that trigger the mechanisms of neuroplasticity. Cells of glial and endothelial origin are the key regulators of neurogenesis.

Proposed methods of cephalometric fnalysis allow to additionally evaluate markers for vertical dimension determination in dental reconstructive treatment.
