The effect of menstrual cycle phase changes on error scores in sportive movements in female athletes.

Objectives: There are complex relationships between hormonal fluctuations associated with the menstrual cycle and various health and sports performance aspects. This study aimed to determine to what extent different menstrual cycle phases associated with a change in error scores in jumping and cutting movements, flexibility, and knee joint laxity values in female athletes.

Methods: Participants were evaluated in the menstruation and ovulation phases of the menstrual cycle.

Metastasis from rectal adenocarcinoma (RAC) to the gallbladder (GB) is rare. Differentiating GB metastasis from primary gallbladder cancer (GBC) is important for treatment planning. A patient diagnosed RAC with 18F-FDG PET/CT found suspicious findings of GB metastasis.

Gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) is a promising agent for imaging and development of theranostic radioligands in estrogen receptor (ER)-positive luminal type breast cancer (BC) and may show expression not only in primary malignant lesions but also in lymph node metastases and distant organ metastases. We would like to present a lesion diagnosed as benign apocrine metaplasia in a 45-year-old woman diagnosed with BC, which was negative in 68Ga-DOTA-Bombesin PET-CT and false positive in 18F-FDG PET-CT imaging, within the scope of the ongoing study.

68Ga PSMA PET/CT and 18F FDG PET/CT Findings in Osteonecrosis of the Jaw Induced by Denosumab.

Breast cancer, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, multiple myeloma, osteoporosis, and the use of antiresorptive and antiangiogenic drugs are risk factors for osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ). Denosumab is a Receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-Β ligand antagonist monoclonal antibody that inhibits the differentiation and function of osteoclasts over osteoblasts. It is an antiresorptive drug used to reduce the development of skeletal events in solid cancers.
