The management of patients with hemorrhagic stroke is an important problem in modern neurology and neurosurgery. The proportion of hemorrhagic stroke is only 15% of all cases of acute cerebrovascular accident, but mortality reaches 50% (and with intraventricular hemorrhages up to 80%), and disability is over 75%. Minimally invasive methods are being developed to reduce intraoperative damage to brain and improve the prognosis for the patient.
