Homeopathic Manganum in the Management of Post Dural Puncture Headache, A Case Series.

Post-dural puncture headache (PDPH) is a functional condition caused by disruption of the dural membrane with low cerebrospinal fluid pressure, affecting 4% to 11% of the patients who undergo procedures where the spinal canal is purposefully punctured. It has a significant impact on the quality of life of those affected. We present 12 cases diagnosed with PDPH, unresponsive to usual treatment, who were treated with classical homeopathy.

Impact of foliar fertilization on apple and pear trees in reconciling productivity and alleviation of environmental concerns under arid conditions.

Drought and heat stress are significant factors limiting fruit crop yield in arid conditions. Foliar fertilization is a common practice of supplying fruit crop production with mineral nutrients, especially under limited soil nutrient availability conditions. To evaluate potential effectiveness of the foliar application of macro-, micronutrient and growth regulators on dynamics of physiological parameters of the pear and apple cultivars under abiotic stresses, three-year experiments were carried out under arid conditions at the Russian Research Institute of Arid Agriculture during the 2015-2017 growing seasons.

Structure, tribotechnical, and thermophysical characteristics of the fluoroplastic carbonnanotubes material.

In this work, we studied a nanocomposite material made from fluoroplastic which contains 20 wt.% multi-walled nanotubes. In order to complete the present work, we have used different thermodynamic and mechanical techniques.

Effect of monochromatic light of low intensity on L929 skin fibroblast culture.

Effects of exposure to low-intensity monochromatic red spectrum radiation in different modes were studied on L929 skin fibroblast culture. Radiometric and cytological study of cell culture before and after irradiation showed that monochromatic low-intensity radiation stimulated skin fibroblasts in L929 culture under certain conditions.

[Impact of photochromotherapy on functional potential of neutrophil granules and adaptive status in children with complicated hemangioma].

Adaptive status was assessed in 50 children. Lysosomal-cationic test was carried out in healthy children and 20 patients with complicated hemangioma. Photochromotherapy was followed by enhanced functional potential of neutrophil granules.
