[Study of the features of perchlozon isolation from biological fluids for the purposes of chemico-toxicological analysis].

Is to develop a methodology for extraction, identification and quantification of perchlozon from biological fluids for the purposes of chemico-toxicological analysis. The article describes the selection of optimal conditions for sample preparation, allowing to extract the perchlozon most effectively. The methodology is tested on model mixtures of biological fluids (urine, saliva, blood plasma).

Effects provided by sugar substitutes upon the quality indicators of model systems of sweetened condensed milk in storage.

Sweetened condensed milk (SCM) is a product widely used by both consumers and other food production branches. However, it contains a lot of sucrose. This study aimed to examine the effects provided by sugar substitutes-trehalose, isomaltulose, and polydextrose-upon the SCM sensory profile and valuable quality indicators, such as water activity (Aw), viscosity, acidity, crystal size, and Maillard reaction potential (browning index, color change, loss of free AA).

[Study of the possibility of emtricitabine extraction from biomaterial].

Is to investigate the opportunity of emtricitabine extraction from biomaterial and to develop method of emtricitabine chemicotoxicological analysis while acute poisoning. This research represents the methods of emtricitabine isolation from urine, plasma and liver samples (rats of Wistar line weighing 180 g) using liquid-liquid extraction. The identification and quantitation methods of emtricitabine in extractions by thin-layer chromatography, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high-performance liquid chromatography methods were described.

Effect of Gene Polymorphism on the Formation of Milk Gels Induced by Physical, Chemical, and Biotechnological Factors.

During the last decade, research into genetic markers in the casein gene cluster has been actively introduced in cattle breeding programs. A special interest has been paid to the polymorphism of the gene, responsible for the expression of the k-casein, playing a key role in protein coagulation, interaction with whey proteins, stabilization, and aggregation of casein micelles. This paper aimed to determine the effect of genetic polymorphism on acid; rennet; acid-rennet; heat- and acid-induced as well as heat- and calcium-induced coagulation in skimmed milk; and protein-standardized milk systems (UF, NF, RO, VE).

[Features of the psychoemotional sphere and quality of life of patients with vestibular migraine].

Objective: To study the state of the psycho-emotional sphere and the quality of life in patients with vestibular migraine.

Material And Methods: The study included 56 patients (10 men and 46 women), aged 18 to 50 years, with vestibular migraine and a control group (patients with migraine without au-ra). The study of neurological status, features of the psychoemotional sphere, accentuations of character and temperament of the individual, quality of life was carried out.
