Background: Efforts to improve psychiatry training must incorporate residents' assessment of their training. This study sought to collect the opinion of residents about the program that has been in force in Spain since 2008, until the current transition to a new plan.
Methods: The authors conducted an online survey of psychiatry residents in Spain, asking about their formative and working conditions.
Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) encephalitis is a disorder mediated by autoantibodies against the GluN1 subunit of NMDAR. It occurs with severe neuropsychiatric symptoms that often improve with immunotherapy. Clinical studies and animal models based on patients' antibody transfer or NMDAR immunization suggest that the autoantibodies play a major pathogenic role.

Methods And Materials: After abdominal irradiation of mice, jejuna were obtained and prepared on histopathologic slides, and crypts were counted manually by trained individuals.

Introduction: The current gold standard treatment for patients with orofacial clefts is surgical repair of the palatal defect (uranostaphylorrhaphy), which is associated with growth defects and hypoplasia of the maxillofacial structures. This trial aims to evaluate the potential of a bioengineered artificial palate mucosa, created through tissue engineering with autologous stromal and epithelial cells and nanostructured fibrin-agarose biomaterials, to enhance treatment outcomes for patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate.
Methods And Analysis: This phase I-IIa clinical trial aims to evaluate the feasibility and biosafety of a procedure involving grafting bioartificial palate mucosa onto the areas of denudated bone in patients undergoing uranostaphylorrhaphy.
