Objective: To determine the financial impact of an enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocol in gynecologic oncology patients.

Methods: This study identified gynecologic oncology patients who were placed on the ERAS protocol after elective laparotomy from 10/2016-6/2017. A control group was identified from the year prior to ERAS implementation.
