Oxadiazole compounds are of great interest because they have a range of biological activities ranging from antioxidants to anticancer agents. Against this background, we wanted to demonstrate the antioxidant, enzyme inhibitory, and anticancer effects of 5(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(N-phenylamino)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (Hppo). Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is a term to describe a group of chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases, which have common pathophysiological, genetic, and clinical features. Under the umbrella term SpA, two main groups are subsumed: axial SpA (radiographic axSpA and non-radiographic axSpA) and peripheral SpA (with the leading representative being psoriatic arthritis (PsA) but also arthritis associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), reactive arthritis, and undifferentiated pSpA). The key clinical symptom in axSpA is chronic back pain, typically with inflammatory characteristics, which starts in early adulthood, while the leading clinical manifestations of peripheral SpA (pSpA) are arthritis, enthesitis, and/or dactylitis.

With the development of the COVID-19 vaccine in late 2020, the importance of understanding the drivers of vaccine acceptance and vaccine hesitancy is important for the health of American Indian and Alaska Native communities. We conducted a cross-sectional, anonymous survey in October 2021 using established quantitative methods of virtual surveys to reach tribal members living on three reservations in the Great Plains (N = 679). Trauma screening is a promising strategy to improve identification, but many child-serving staff members have concerns about asking youth and caregivers about trauma.
