Dyslexia is defined as a specific learning disorder that impairs a person's ability to read fluently and accurately. A growing number of assistive technologies have been used to support individuals with dyslexia. Eye-tracking technology is one such technology, and it is gaining increasing attention from the research community due to its potential to be a valuable support tool for identifying underlying neural differences in language processing among this population.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFWe report the synthesis of ethylenediamine-intercalated NbSe and Li-ethylenediamine-intercalated MoSe single crystals with increased interlayer distances and their electronic structures measured by means of angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES). X-ray diffraction patterns and transmission electron microscopy images confirm the successful intercalation and an increase in the interlayer distance. ARPES measurement reveals that intercalated NbSe shows an electronic structure almost identical to that of monolayer NbSe.

The phylogenetic relatedness of the ginsenoside biosynthetic genes in the two species was previously unknown. The final steps of ginsenoside biosynthesis are the glycosylations of hydroxylated triterpenes, protopanaxadiol (PPD) and protopanaxatriol (PPT), and their glycosylated forms by UDP-glycosyltransferases (UGTs).
