The top-down approach of microbiome-mediated rhizosphere engineering has emerged as an eco-friendly approach for mitigating stress and enhancing crop productivity. It has been established to mitigate salinity stress in Vigna radiata using multi-passaging approach. During the process of acclimatization under increasing levels of salinity stress, the structure of rhizospheric microbial community undergoes dynamic changes, while facilitating stress mitigation in plants.

The ecological significance of these sites makes it imperative to study the changes in their inundation extent and propose necessary measures for their conservation. This study analyzes all 64 Ramsar sites in China based on their inundation patterns using Landsat imagery from 1991 to 2020.

In the pre-ART era, HIV-associated nephropathy (HIVAN) was the most common renal pathology identified in individuals with HIV. However, the widespread use of ART has led to changes in the spectrum of renal pathologies associated with HIV.

Signs and symptoms of envenomation involve the central nervous system, stimulation of the autonomic nervous system and rarely respiratory and heart failure leading to death.

Methods: This was a ambi-directional study conducted at Institute of Medical Genetics and Genomics, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. The study comprised 227 patients (prospective cohort - 126, retrospective cohort - 101) in whom NGS based tests were performed.
We report the first search for a nonstandard-model resonance decaying into τ pairs in e^{+}e^{-}→μ^{+}μ^{-}τ^{+}τ^{-} events in the 3.6-10 GeV/c^{2} mass range. We use a 62.

We report a measurement of the CP-violating parameters C and S in B^{0}→K_{S}^{0}π^{0} decays at Belle II using a sample of 387×10^{6} BB[over ¯] events recorded in e^{+}e^{-} collisions at a center-of-mass energy corresponding to the ϒ(4S) resonance. These parameters are determined by fitting the proper decay-time distribution of a sample of 415 signal events. We obtain C=-0.

Current literature has thus far described this population using clinicopathologic features. To our knowledge, this study is the first to investigate the potential of conventional radiomics, sophisticated multi-resolution fractal texture features, and different molecular features (MGMT, IDH mutations) as a diagnostic and prognostic tool for prediction of REP from non-REP cases using computational and statistical modeling methods.

It is classified into nanophthalmos, relative anterior microphthalmos, and posterior microphthalmos based on the anterior segment: posterior segment ratio. Nanophthalmos can occur in association with optic disc drusen, foveoschisis, and retinitis pigmentosa, as an autosomal recessive syndrome linked to mutations in the MFRP gene.

It involves a monoclonal antibody conjugated with payload via a ligand that directly targets the expressive protein of diseased cell. Hence, it reduces systemic exposure and provides site-specific delivery along with reduced toxicity.

HPMCAS has several distinctive characteristics, such as being amphiphilic in nature, having an ionization pH, and a succinyl and acetyl substitution ratio, all of which are beneficial while developing formulations.

Fusarium wilt is a major threat to lentil production in India and worldwide. The presence of evolving virulent races has imposed the necessity of reliable management practices including breeding for resistance using unexplored germplasms. The magnitude of resistance by the plant is determined by rapid recognition of the pathogen and induction of defence genes.

This strain interestingly exhibited rapid arsenite oxidation with an accumulation of 5 mM arsenate within 24 h and a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 18 mM. The strain SSBW5 was identified as Paenarthrobacter nicotinovorans using 16S rDNA sequence analysis.

Methods: The authors used a chemokine assay to simultaneously measure 40 chemokines and cytokines levels in the serum of preoperative prostate cancer patients and healthy controls of AA and CA races. Selected chemokines (CXCL2, CXCL5, and CCL23) serum level was validated in 211 serum samples from prostate cancer patients and healthy controls.
The toxicity associated with the fine particulate matter (PM) has not been well studied, particularly in relation to the emissions from on-road vehicles and other sources in low- and middle-income countries such as India. Thus, a study was conducted to examine the oxidative potential (OP) of PM at a roadside (RS) site with heavy vehicular traffic and an urban background (BG) site in Mumbai using the dithiothreitol (DTT) assay. Simultaneous gravimetric PM was measured at both sites and characterized for carbonaceous constituents and water-soluble trace elements and metals.

Methods: We used an untargeted approach with liquid chromatography coupled to high-resolution mass spectrometry to measure exogenous and endogenous small molecule metabolites in plasma from 150 individuals clinically diagnosed with AD and 567 age-matched elderly without dementia of Caribbean Hispanic ancestry. Plasma biomarkers of AD were also measured including P-tau181, Aβ40, Aβ42, total tau, neurofilament light chain (NfL) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP).

Recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS) is characterized by painful, oral mucosal ulcers with wide range of prevalence ranging from 2 to 78%. Etiology of RAS is idiopathic and multifactorial. There are numerous gaps in assessment and management of RAS and the absence of guidelines or a consensus document makes the treatment further difficult.
