Diatom pyrenoids fix approximately one-fifth of global CO, but the protein composition of this organelle is largely unknown.

Introduction: Services to treat problematic alcohol use (PAU) should be highly accessible to optimize treatment engagement. We conducted a scoping review to map characteristics of services for the treatment of PAU that have been reported in the literature to be barriers to or facilitators of access to treatment from the perspective of individuals with PAU.

Objective: To present the final data from TRITON2.

Understanding Lower-Risk Cannabis Consumption from the Consumers' Perspective: A Rapid Evidence Assessment.

: In the current rapid evidence assessment, we summarize the existing research on lower-risk cannabis consumption as understood by those who consume cannabis. : We identified 7111 unique articles published between 1900 and 2021 using search terms related to a) cannabis consumption, b) beliefs and behaviors, and c) positive outcomes. : Twelve articles met our inclusion criteria.

Response to Rucaparib in BRCA-Mutant Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer Identified by Genomic Testing in the TRITON2 Study.

Purpose: The PARP inhibitor rucaparib is approved in the United States for patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and a deleterious germline and/or somatic or (BRCA) alteration. While sequencing of tumor tissue is considered the standard for identifying patients with BRCA alterations (BRCA), plasma profiling may provide a minimally invasive option to select patients for rucaparib treatment. Here, we report clinical efficacy in patients with BRCA mCRPC identified through central plasma, central tissue, or local genomic testing and enrolled in TRITON2.

An ongoing process of reconnection: A qualitative exploration of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for adults in remission from depression.

Objectives: Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) is an 8-week relapse-prevention intervention designed for people who have experienced multiple episodes of depression and remain vulnerable to relapse. Previous qualitative explorations of the effects of MBCT for people in remission from depression have suggested a number of themes regarding changes arising from participating in MBCT ranging from awareness, agency, perspective, group processes, self-related change, and new ways of understanding depression. We aimed to qualitatively explore how participants in remission from depression experienced MBCT both post-MBCT and during a follow-up period.

The effect of nutrient supplements on high risk long term care residents receiving pureed diets.

This study assessed the change in nutritional intake and status of 15 nursing home residents receiving a pureed diet along with commercial supplements over a 6 month period. The nutritional supplements were well accepted with a significant increase in the energy and nutrient intake after their addition. Gastrointestinal distress was measured by stool size and number.
