- * Using 3D-printed models of single-rooted teeth, we found that the location of putty marks on the apex locators was more closely related to the major foramen (the natural opening at the tip of the root) rather than the apical constriction.
- * Our results show that smaller apical constrictions (0.45 mm) led to less accurate electronic measurements, highlighting that variations in constriction position and size can impair the performance of these devices.
