With the depletion of fossil fuels and increasing pollution problems, green and sustainable energy supply attracts worldwide attention. Hydrogen is a green and high-density energy substance, and photocatalytic hydrogen generation is an effective and sustainable method. Therefore, developing high-performance photocatalysts plays a crucial role in practical application.

However, although antioxidant enzymes have high catalytic efficiency, the substrate spectrum is narrow; Antioxidants have wider range of effects, but their efficiency is low. Since the antioxidant defense system in high-grade organisms is composed of both enzymatic and non-enzymatic systems, therefore we synthesized a metal-organic framework (MOF) with superoxide dismutase activity, and depending on the interface potential effect, curcumin was loaded to construct a synergistic antioxidant treatment system.

The purification process involved reversed high-performance liquid chromatography, anion-exchange chromatography, and Sephadex G-25. Three peptides, namely Trp-Glu-Glu-Pro-Ala-Met (WEEPAM), Ser-Leu-His-Phe-Met-Glu (SLHFME), and His-Cys-Thr-Thr-Phe-Met-Ile, with molecular weights of 761.

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are a new class of functional solids featuring several fantastic structural characteristics, including a great diversity of building units and cross-linking patterns, precise integration of building blocks, and adjustable topology of porous architecture. In addition to the above features, some COF samples are constructed with high-density conjugated fragments, which have unique potential advantages in fluorescence imaging, and thus may have great potential applications in bioimaging. Herein, this article summarizes the recent progress in the design and preparation of fluorescent covalent organic frameworks.

However, the process of the Neolithic transition in southwest China is largely unknown, mainly due to the lack of ancient DNA from the Neolithic period. Here, we report genome-wide data from 11 human samples from the Gaoshan and Haimenkou sites with mixed farming of millet and rice dating to between 4,500 and 3,000 years before present in southwest China.
