The number of medical errors is increasing. Medical errors have negative impact on the professional activities of physicians. Analysis of the causes and incidence of medical errors and conflicts in clinical practice of foreign and domestic doctors is presented based on the author's observations and didactic materials recommended for training doctors to prevent conflict situations in their professional work and for developing a common strategy for the prevention of medical errors.

Three hundred and fifty children at the age of 3 months to 6 years under diverse social conditions were observed in dynamics for the periods of 1 to 3 years. The main tasks of the study were development of schemes and methods for prophylactic use of the Viferon ointment and estimation of its efficacy in acute viral respiratory tract infection. Season changes in the interferon genesis were revealed and no such dynamics in the children with frequent infections was shown.

Experimental studies aimed at hygienic substantiation of requirements for optimal organization of a workplace for schoolchildren using computers have been carried out. The technique for the electrooculographic analysis of the visual system of schoolchildren working with computers is described. The strain of the oculomotor system and fatigue manifestation have been detected in children under unfavourable environmental conditions. It is recommended to use the derived indicators of evaluating electrooculograms when hygienically assessing the working conditions of schoolchildren using computers.

Individual rhythm of physiological function and nutritional regimen were investigated in 194 persons and in 112 of them concordance between the time-periods of emerging requirement for ingestion of food and its actual satisfaction was studied additionally. The rhythm of nutritional requirement is significantly different in representatives of the "morning" and "evening" groups, whereas the satisfaction of this requirement is conditioned by microsocial factors. This implies the need for framing nutritional patterns on the biorhythmological basis.
