Objective: Understand the social consequences experienced by elderly affected by venous ulcers.
Methodology: descriptive and exploratory study with a qualitative approach carried out in 2012 with eight participants at a physiotherapy clinic in the state of Bahia. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed through Bardin's thematic content analysis.
This is a qualitative and exploratory study which aimed to apprehend the perceptions of nurses who care for people with Diabetes on the interpersonal competence. The subjects were eleven nurses who performed their activities in the Units of Family Health in the urban area, and completed a consent form. The data, obtained through semi-structured interview, were analyzed and categorized by thematic analysis.

The object of this study is the social representations built by family on taking care of the mental patient at home and it brings as its goals: to apprehend the social representations built by the family on taking care of the mental patient at home, to analyze the aspects that influence taking care of them. The collection were analyzed through Correspondence Factorial Analysis, by the software Tri-Deux-Mots. From these analysis apprehend the social representations built by the family on taking care of the mental patient at home.

It was based on the presuppositions of ethics and their relationship with the implementation of changes in the formation process of nurses, using as reference elements of ethical behavior in the formation and attempting to bring the reflection to current times and thus contribute to define a direction to Nursing education. It was concluded that the ethical dimension in the formation of nurses involves values that permeate the relations between the subjects of this process and nature itself.
