Introduction: A total of 30-50% of pediatric patients presenting with steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS) will reach end stage renal disease (ESRD). In patients with primary SRNS, the risk of post-transplant recurrence is around 60% with poor graft outcomes.
