Gynecomastia, the abnormal enlargement of male breast tissue, is a rare side effect associated with dasatinib. This drug is used in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). We present a case of dasatinib-induced gynecomastia in a 52-year-old gentleman with CML who developed bilateral breast enlargement and tenderness after approximately four months of dasatinib treatment.

To sensitize the first-year medical undergraduates about AR by implementing pediatric allergic rhinitis (PAR) module as a part of their attitude, ethics, and communication (AETCOM) curriculum.
Materials And Methods: Triangulation type of mixed method study was conducted from January 2021 to June 2021 among 125 first-year medical undergraduate students.
Immune checkpoint blockade therapies have generated efficacious responses in certain tumor types; however, the responses of breast carcinomas have been largely limited. Moreover, the identity of various parameters that can predict responses to immunotherapies, and at the same time, serve as putative biomarkers that can be therapeutically targeted to enhance the effectiveness of immunotherapies for breast cancers, remains to be comprehensively delineated. Activation of epithelial-mesenchymal plasticity in cancer cells, including those of the breast, increases their tumor-initiating potential and promotes their aggressiveness and resistance to multiple treatment regimens.
