Objective: To evaluate the biomechanical stability of dual anterior subcutaneous internal fixation (INFIX) in pelvic C1 fractures by finite element analysis, and to compare it with INFIX combined with sacroiliac screws to determine whether it is sufficient to replace the combined fixation of anterior and posterior rings.
Methods: The pelvic CT data of a 43-year-old female volunteer were imported into the computer and the normal pelvic model and pelvic C1 fractures model were constructed using Mimics, Workbench and other software. The latter was fixed with dual INFIX and INFIX combined with sacroiliac screws, respectively.
Anterior subcutaneous internal fixation (INFIX) is one of the current representatives of minimally invasive fixation of injuries to the anterior pelvic ring. The nail insertion point of this technique is located at the anterior inferior iliac spinous screw, with an angle of 30° outward and 20° backward. Screw in at an angle, and note that the screw head should be above the deep fascia and maintain a safe distance of 20 to 25 mm from the bone surface.

The PtMCP promoter was fused to the GUS reporter gene to characterize its expression pattern in different species. In stable Arabidopsis transformants, transcripts of the GUS reporter gene could be detected by RT-PCR in the root, stem, leaf, flower and silique.

Objective: To investigate the relationship among oxygen concentration, quorum sensing system, type secretion system, and biofilm production of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Methods: A total of 23 clinical strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were cultured at different levels of environmental oxygen for three days. Then biofilm mass and alginate were quantified.
