Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine intestine adjusting therapy (IAT) on patients with respiratory failure caused by acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) and undergoing noninvasive ventilation, their immune function, ventilation indices and incidence of complication.
