Methods: A total of 136 Aspergillus isolates obtained from 11 university hospitals were identified by sequencing the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and β-tubulin genomic regions. Four hundred and fifty BSI isolates of Candida species were collected over a 1-year period in 2011 from nine hospitals.
