Background: Congenitally corrected TGA (CC-TGA) is characterized by discordant atrioventricular and ventriculo arterial connections. In absence of right ventricular outflow tract obstruction (RVOTO), repair by atrial and arterial switches remains a challenging procedure for which long term follow-up is uncertain.
