High-volume shunt flow after arteriovenous fistula (AVF) creation for hemodialysis can cause high-output heart failure. We used the Frame™ (Vascular Graft Solutions Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel) external support, a stent, to limit vein dilatation and consecutive high-volume shunt in a 62-old female who underwent brachial-basilic upper arm transposition.
