Methods: The present investigation involved an analysis of the electroretinogram waveform in both the time and time-frequency domains through the utilization of the discrete wavelet transform and continuous wavelet transform techniques. The primary aim of this study was to monitor and evaluate the effects of treatment in a New Zealand rabbit model of endophthalmitis via electroretinogram waveform analysis and to compare these with normal human electroretinograms.
The described research examined the adsorption of fluoride ions from solution immobilized onto an aluminum oxide-coated bacterial cellulose-based composite material in which aluminum oxide had been deposited using ALD technology. The kinetic regularities of the adsorption of fluoride ions from the solution as well as the mechanism of the processes were analyzed. The established equations show that the dynamics of adsorption correspond to first-order kinetics.

Under the same conditions, their dichloroclathrochelate analog does not undergo the same homocoupling reaction, so the target dichloro-bis-cage product was obtained in high yield via dimerization of its heterodihalogenide iodochloromonomacrobicyclic precursor. The use of NMP as a solvent at 120-140 °C gave the mixture of bis-clathrochelates resulting from a tandem homocoupling-hydrodehalogenation reaction: the initial acetonitrile copper(I) solvato-complex at a high temperature underwent re-solvatation and disproportionation leading to Cu(II) ions and nano-copper, which promoted the hydrodehalogenation process even at room temperature.

The presence of a pseudocross-linking hydrogen-bonded chloride ion is critical for their formation, as the same chloride-capped complexes were isolated even in the presence of large excesses of bromide and iodide ions. As revealed by X-ray diffraction, all complexes are capped with a chloride ion via three N-H···Cl hydrogen bonds that stabilize their pseudomacrobicyclic frameworks.

On the other hand, the reactions of the gold(I) complex [Au(tpp)Cl] (4) (tpp = triphenylphosphine (Ph3P)) with the thioamides; 2-mercapto-thiazolidine (mtzdH), 2-mercapto-benzothiazole (mbztH) and 5-chloro-2-mercapto-benzothiazole (ClmbztH) in the presence of potassium hydroxide resulted in the formation of the gold(I) complexes of formulae [Au(tpp)(mtzd)] (5), [Au(tpp)(mbzt)] (6) and [Au(tpp)(Clmbzt)] (7) without ligand desulfuration.

To evaluate its neuroprotective role in the context of seizures associated with perinatal hypoxia, we assessed the integrity of DNA and lipid membranes as well as the redox status in the hippocampus of 10-day-old rats exposed to hypoxia-induced seizures (HS) with and without NAP treatment.
