Intranodal palisaded myofibroblastoma (IPM) also called as intranodal hemorrhagic spindle cell tumor with amianthoid fibers is a distinctive and rare mesenchymal neoplasm of lymph nodes. This entity generally misdiagnosed as intranodal Kaposi's sarcoma or schwannoma in past.
