Introduction: Diabetes mellitus, a chronic metabolic disorder stemming from pancreatic dysfunction, is surging in India, notably among those aged 60 and above. The escalating disease prevalence in this demographic necessitates heightened medication use, escalating the risk of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs). This underscores the vital role of ADR monitoring to curtail potential harm.

The preservation of delicate incinerated teeth is crucial in fire investigations that pertain to the temperature exposed, as well as the identification of victims. This preservation is necessary in order to conduct macroscopic and microscopic ultra-structural examinations, which provide valuable insights into the structural alterations that dental tissues undergo when exposed to low to high temperatures.

However, when patients present with hypothyroidism, the feasibility of immediate placement of dental implants becomes uncertain. This case involved a hypothyroid woman in her late 60s with loose lower anterior teeth.

However, the use of AI in research proposal writing raises important bioethical implications, including the unintentional propagation of bias and questions about the role of human expertise and judgment in the research process. This paper explores the ethical implications of using AI in research proposal writing and proposes guidelines for the responsible and ethical use of AI in this context.

Individuals with SDB have distinct craniofacial morphology for which orthodontists are most suitable for the management due to their dental expertise.
Aim: This study aims to discern key differences in dental parameters between individuals with and without SDB.
Artificial intelligence (AI) has become increasingly prevalent and significant across many industries, including the dental field. AI has shown accuracy and precision in detecting, evaluating, and predicting diseases. It can imitate human intelligence to carry out sophisticated predictions and decision-making in the health-care industry, especially in endodontics.

This is attributed to their ability to distribute therapeutic components across all accessible oral surfaces, including interproximal areas.
Objective: To evaluate the antibacterial efficacy of recently introduced Ayurvedic (Hiora) and triclosan-based mouthwashes among children.
White spot lesions (WSLs) refer to localized areas of hypo-mineralization limited to the enamel of the teeth surface, which is noticeable clinically to the naked eye on drying of the teeth. During fixed orthodontic treatment, it is very hard for the patient to maintain excellent oral hygiene as the brackets, bands, wires, elastics, and other appliances and attachments worn intra-orally provide a platform for food retention, plaque formation, and then colonization by acidogenic bacteria like and . This review aims to elaborate and focus on etiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment aspect, and future scope for research about the WSLs occurring due to fixed orthodontic treatment.

Materials And Methods: A total of 60 patients who wore acrylic removable dentures and 60 controls were included in the study as a convenient sample. Sixteen solutions for basic tastes were prepared, and the patients were asked to identify the taste of each solution from the lowest concentration.
Aim: To determine the level of knowledge and skill of basic life support (BLS) among undergraduate, postgraduate students, and general practitioners with and without regular attendance of the BLS Healthcare Provider course.
Methodology: The study was carried out at two intervals with two groups. A random sample involving undergraduate students, postgraduate students, and dental professionals was selected for both study groups.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic which is caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has created a major global health crisis in recent years. Despite this, there have been few studies that have utilized reliable methods to assess changes in taste and smell perception. Therefore, our study aims at the number of fungiform papillae and objective measures of taste perception relationship among COVID-19 patients with olfactory and gustatory disorders.

It is an autosomal recessive disorder with similar incidences in men and women. Mucopolysaccharidosis type IV A is caused by a deficiency of N-acetylgalactosamine-6-sulfatase, which deficiency is, in turn, caused by alterations in the GALNS gene.

The most of the ABC cases are locally aggressive osteolytic lesion with a high recurrence rate. As a result, we present a swelling with pus discharge at the maxillary alveolus in a 68-year-old female who was diagnosed with ABC after a computed tomography scan and histological analysis.
