Electrocatalytic CN coupling using nitrogen (N) and carbon dioxide (CO) as precursors offers a promising alternative for urea production under mild conditions, compared to traditional synthesis approaches. However, the design and screening of extremely efficient electrocatalysts remains a significant challenge in this field.
