Purpose: The objective of this systematic literature review (SLR) was to collate, report, and critique published evidence related to epidemiology and patient and economic burden of presbyopia.

Patients And Methods: A systematic literature search was conducted in MEDLINE, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases from the time of inception through October 2018 using Cochrane methodology. Studies published in English language reporting on epidemiology and patient and economic burden of presbyopia were included.

Purpose: Randomized controlled trials have shown mixed findings regarding the association of statins and diabetes. This systematic literature review and network meta-analysis (NMA) was performed to update evidence on this association to possibly assist clinicians in making more informed treatment choices.

Background: Diabetes is a leading cause of end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) mainly due to development and progression of diabetic kidney disease (DKD). In absence of definitive treatments of DKD, small studies showed that vitamin B may help in delaying progression of DKD by inhibiting vascular inflammation and endothelial cell damage. Hence, it could be beneficial as a treatment option for DKD.

Purpose: The aims of the present article were to study clinical features and to analyse them in different drug class associated with Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) in a tertiary care hospital in Gujarat, India.

Materials And Methods: A prospective hospital-based study was carried out over a period of 3 years (June 2007 to September 2009) at Sheth Vadilal Hospital, Ahmedabad, India. The diagnosis of SJS was made mainly on the basis of the clinical findings, which included extensive erythema multiforme, purpuric lesions with bullae and detachment of skin involving at least two mucous membranes.
