Solitary fibrous tumours are rare. In the literature, about 900 cases are documented worldwide, with most tumours located in the thoracic cavity. Penile occurrence is not described in the literature.

Patients And Methods: The study included 123 consecutive patients (mean age 64.6 years, range 52-78) who had endoscopic-extraperitoneal RP and who completed the IIEF.
