Background: Chronic pain of musculoskeletal origin is a very common symptom and has major effect on the physical, mental, and economic aspects of the patients. There is always a crave among physicians and patients for effective analgesic, curable preparation that can be locally applied.

Aim: The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of "Ayush Tulsi Jiwan Plus" oil in chronic pain management of musculoskeletal origin.
