Spinal tuberculosis is the most common manifestation of extra-pulmonary tuberculosis. It is difficult to diagnose the disease due to its insidious onset and non-specific clinical presentation. A high degree of suspicion and appropriate imaging studies are necessary for its early diagnosis and treatment.
