Using UHPLC-HRMS-based lipidomics, this study investigated lipid nutrition in Pacific oysters (C. gigas) under two depuration conditions-normal temperature and salinity (N group) and low temperature with high salinity (S group)-during a five-day anhydrous living-preservation period.
