Frontline health workers face a significant issue concerning mental health, particularly stress and burnout. Nurses, being among them, grapple with this problem. The study aims to investigate the prevalence and determinants of burnout among nurses.

Ultra-processed food (UPF) intake is rising in low- and middle-income countries, where non-communicable diseases are now the leading contributor to disease burden. The purpose of this study was to assess awareness and knowledge of UPFs, factors that influence consumption of UPFs, and beliefs about the relationship between UPF intake and health among young people (18-20 years old) in a metropolitan area of the Philippines, a lower middle-income country. We conducted eight focus group discussions across four strata defined by gender and urban-rural neighborhood designation.

Experience in Retrocaval Ureter at Saint Paul's Hospital Millennium Medical College: A Case Series.

Retrocaval ureter is a rare congenital vascular anomaly described as the passage of the ureter behind the inferior vena cava (IVC) and then turning around the IVC to attain the final lateral position. The condition is usually associated with obstruction in the ipsilateral kidney, causing different degrees of hydronephrosis and complications associated with urinary stasis, such as stone formation. Imaging has a crucial role in the diagnosis and management of retrocaval ureter.

Objective: This study aims to explore the interrelations between joy at work, vocational identity, and COVID-19-related latent variables.

Design: A cross-sectional design was adopted to survey 253 registered nurses through nursing organizations and social networking sites during the time of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Methods: Structural Equation Modeling through Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to accurately analyze and estimate relationships among joy at work, vocational identity, and COVID-19-related constructs in compliance with published standards and guidelines.

Bilaterally Fused Supernumerary Kidneys: A Very Rare Case Report and Review of Literature.

Supernumerary kidney is a rare anomaly of number where commonly a third extra kidney exists with its own collecting system, blood supply, and encapsulated parenchyma. However, an extremely rare and unique diagnosis of bilateral supernumerary kidneys is also reported in few instances where two extra kidneys exist on each side of the body. Parenchymal fusion and the presence of good excretory function make the supernumerary kidneys even rarer as many of the reported cases are rudimentary organs.

Unilateral Giant Hydronephrosis Secondary to Ureteropelvic Junction Obstruction in a Middle-Aged Woman.

Background: Giant hydronephrosis is a rare urologic problem defined as a collection of more than one liter of urine in the collecting system. The radiologic appearance may mimic benign cystic disease of the kidney. We report a case of giant hydronephrosis in a 32-year-old female who presented with progressive abdominal swelling of two-year duration, caused by ureteropelvic junction obstruction with more than nine liters of urine in the collecting system.

Filipino Nurses' Feedback on Using a Web-Based Medication Management System: A Pilot Study in a Telehealth Hospital.

A common medication safety strategy involves a Web-based medication management system. Still, there is no consensus about its acceptance and usability, even more so among nurses in the Philippines. Thus, this pilot study used a mixed-methods design to explore the nurses' feedback (N = 26) about Web-based medication management system in a telehealth hospital.
