Purpose: Gastric cancer (GC) is a disease with high prevalence and mortality, but we lack convenient and accurate methods to screen for this disease. Thus, we aimed to search for some salivary biomarkers and explore changes in metabolites in patients' saliva after radical gastrectomy.
Patients And Methods: A total of 152 subjects were divided into three groups (healthy group, GC group, and one-week postoperative group).
Background: Recent an observational study has suggested a potential connection between gut microbiota (GM) and peptic ulcer diseases (PUDs), particularly gastric ulcer (GU) and duodenal ulcer (DU). However, the causal connection remains unsure.
Methods: A two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) is carried out to explore the connection between the GM and DU or GU.

Methods: The role of ZNRD1-AS1 in NPC tissues and cells was explored by using quantitative real-time PCR assay.

Thus, this study hypothesizes that the combination of PRP and adipose tissue-derived stromal cells (ADSCs) may repair degenerative disc more effectively than using each one of them alone.

Methionine enkephalin (MENK), an endogenous neuropeptide has a crucial role in both neuroendocrine and immune systems. MENK is believed to have an immunoregulatory activity to have cancer biotherapy activity by binding to the opioid receptors on immune and cancer cells. Clinical trial studies in cancer patients have shown that MENK activates immune cells directly and by inhibiting regulatory T-cells (Tregs).
