A ternary nanocomposite consisting of N-doped graphene (NGR)/TiO₂/activated carbon (NGRT@AC) was prepared, and the components' synergetic effect on dye degradation was investigated after deposition on the surface of a polysulfone membrane (PSF). As far as we know, this ternary composite catalyst has never previously been used to degrade dyes nor been used as a functional layer for separation membranes. The surface morphology and structure of the as-prepared membranes were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS).

This paper is concerned with the switched decentralized adaptive control design problem for switched interconnected nonlinear systems under arbitrary switching, where the actuator failures may occur infinite times and the control directions are allowed to be unknown. By introducing a Nussbaum-type function and an integrable auxiliary signal, a switched decentralized adaptive control scheme is developed to deal with the potentially infinite times of actuator failures and the unknown control directions. The basic idea is to design different parameter update laws and control laws for distinct switched subsystems.

This paper investigates the problem of adaptive fault-tolerant control for a class of nonlinear parametric strict-feedback systems with multiple unknown control directions. Multiple sensor faults are first considered such that all real state variables are unavailable. Then, a constructive design method for the problem is set up by exploiting a parameter separation and regrouping technique.

This paper studies the robust stabilization problem for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with unstable zero dynamics. The considered zero dynamic is not assumed to be input-to-state practically stable and contains nonlinear uncertainties and mismatched external disturbances. A new robust adaptive fuzzy control method is developed by combining theory with backstepping technique.

This paper investigates the adaptive static output feedback (SOF) control problem for continuous-time linear systems with stochastic sensor failures. A multi-Markovian variable is introduced to denote the failure scaling factors for each sensor. Different from the existing results, the failure parameters are stochastically jumping and their bounds of are unknown.
