Objective: Relapsed/refractory AML cases are much more resistant to chemotherapy. Venetoclax is a highly sensitive BCL-2 inhibitor. It was aimed to evaluate the effects of venetoclax therapy on real-world R/R AML survival outcomes, the effects of the cytogenetic characteristics of the patients and previous clinical applications on treatment response, and venetoclax treatment toxicity.

Materials And Methods: A total of 136 patients (mean age ± standard deviation: 64.6±10.
The aim of this study is to determine the power of he international prognostic scoring systems (IPS-7 and IPS-3) and to obtain indices by integrating leukocyte lymphocyte ratio (LLR) and prognostic nutritional index (PNI) factors as prognostic indicators in cases with classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). 1012 patients with cHL were evaluated with 2 different IPS-4 scores with four parameters: stage, age, hemoglobin level, and either LLR or PNI. Statistical package SPSS v 22.

We hypothesized that staged elevation (delay) from distal to proximal, in addition to preservation perforator artery near the base will improve survival. Thirty-two Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 4 groups and 3x8cm caudal McFarlane flaps were elevated.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the outcome of patients undergoing limb lengthening using motorized intramedullary nails.
Methods: This study included eleven femora and 4 tibiae from 14 patients (9 male, 5 female; mean age: 26.9 years; range: 14 to 51 years) who underwent limb lengthening using motorized intramedullary femoral nails (Fitbone(®) TAA).
Objective: Hypertrophic nonunions can be managed successfully with distraction. Hypertrophic changes indicate that the tissue at the nonunion site has a biologic healing potential. The missing component is an appropriate mechanical environment to transform a hypertrophic nonunion into solid bone.

Methods: Forty-two attendants comprising of residents or consultants without any prior experience were assigned to 14 cadaveric models to perform percutaneous osteotomy. The technique was first described by an experienced specialist and then illustrated on a cadaver specimen.
Treatment of neglected high dislocation of the hip is difficult in adults. We performed hip reconstruction osteotomy, consisting of a proximal abduction and extension osteotomy, and a distal varisation and lengthening osteotomy, utilizing the Ilizarov external fixator in 14 (12 women) patients having a mean age of 20 (12-33) years. The most frequent preoperative complaints were pain, leg-length discrepancy, limping, reduced activity and limited abduction of the hip.
